These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by TDS Srl (“COY”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”) in relation to the COY online platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Information

COY is owned and operated by TDS S.r.l., headquartered in Corso di Porta Vittoria, 58, 20122, Milan, Italy. The VAT number for TDS S.r.l. is P.IVA/CF (VAT Number): 13175640963

2. Customer’s Rights

2.1 Right to Exchange
You are entitled to request one free-of-charge exchange per item for a different size or color, provided that the item is readily available (not made-to-order). Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • You must submit your exchange request within 10 working days from the date you receive the product.
  • The exchange is subject to prior consent from COY, and it must be processed using DHL.


2.2 Right to Reimbursement
You may request a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in unused and pristine condition.
  • The COY x 360ID Security Tag must still be attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be arranged by you after receiving prior consent from COY.

Reimbursements will be processed within 5-7 working days after the returned item is received and verified to meet the above conditions.

2.3 Reimbursement Scenarios
Reimbursements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is not made-to-order.
  • The item is returned within 5 working days of receipt.
  • The item is in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with the COY x 360ID Security Tag still attached.
  • The customer pays for the return shipment, and the return is handled as per COY’s instructions.

Prior approval by COY is required for any refund request, and the return must be made through the customer’s chosen courier.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged or does not match your order:

  • The Vendor (Brand) will cover the return shipping costs only after prior approval has been provided by COY.
  • You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items must be handled through DHL.
  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, COY will process a refund.


2.5 Made-to-Order Items

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, COY will follow the same procedures for exchange and refund as detailed in sections 2.3 and 2.4.


2.6 Intellectual Property
All content, including images, descriptions, and other material, provided by third-party partner brands on the COY platform remains their exclusive intellectual property. By using the Platform, you agree that COY may display and use this content solely for the purpose of promoting, selling, and showcasing products on the Platform. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any content owned by third-party brands without express permission.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order on the Platform, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. All prices are quoted in euros unless otherwise stated. Taxes are included as required by Italian law. Payment can be made through various payment methods available on the Platform, including major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to various destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and order size. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time and shipping cost at checkout.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. To cancel or modify your order, please contact COY customer support immediately.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

COY is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

7. Liability and Disclaimers

COY will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the Platform or the purchase of products, except as provided under applicable consumer protection laws. In no event shall COY be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related to the use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milan, Italy.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

COY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last revision will be updated accordingly.
